1. Overview: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Demur Design LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Single-Purchase Services (Logo Design, Website Design, etc.): To protect the time and effort invested in your project, the following policies apply:

• A non-refundable deposit is required for most single-purchase services. If no deposit is required, full invoice payment must be received before work begins.

• Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Overdue invoices may result in project cancellation.

• If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be issued depending on project progress:

  • Cancellation early in the project (before 50% completion): Up to a 50% refund (deposit excluded)

  • Cancellation after full or near-completion: No refund will be issued

• The deposit is always non-refundable, regardless of cancellation point.

• Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion and based on work completed.

3. Monthly Subscription Services

Our marketing subscriptions are available in three tiers: Starter, Growth, and Pro. These plans cover services like social media management, email marketing, and SEO.

• No deposit is required, but some services include a minimum commitment period (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months).
• Clients may cancel at any time, but the plan will remain active until the current billing or commitment cycle ends.
• If a client cancels within the first 30 days of their commitment, we allow early termination at the end of the first billing cycle (1 month).
• If cancellation occurs after 30 days, the client is responsible for completing the entire commitment period agreed upon during signup.
• Monthly charges are non-refundable once billed, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:

• Timely access to all required content, files, and approvals
• Honest, responsive communication throughout the project
• Final approval or change requests before launch or delivery
• Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay timelines or result in termination without refund.

5. Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed via Stripe, our secure payment processor
• Invoices are due in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed
• Late or missed payments may result in service pauses or contract termination
• By using our services, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Use

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of original materials they provide.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All final deliverables are transferred upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Demur Design LLC is not liable for:

• Downtime or performance issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, hosting providers)
• Client-side changes that affect project results
• Force majeure events beyond our control

8. Privacy Policy: We protect your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the current version.
