Frequently Asked Questions

Logo & Branding

How long does a logo take to complete?

That depends on the tier you choose. Simple vector cleanups can be turned around in a few days. Custom designs or brand guides typically take 1–3 weeks depending on revisions and communication.

Before we begin, we research your business name in state and federal databases to check for conflicts. We also study competitors and local businesses to avoid overused visuals or industry clichés. Our goal is to create something distinctive and authentic to your brand, not just trendy.

Branding is more than a logo, it’s the overall identity and experience people associate with your business. It includes your visual style, tone of voice, values, and how you show up online or in person. A strong brand builds trust, recognition, and loyalty over time, it’s how people feel about you before they even hire you.

Yes. We offer trademark services as an add-on, with three package levels depending on how much protection you need. From basic filing to full legal support and monitoring, we handle everything through the USPTO. Extra classes are also available if your brand spans multiple industries.

No worries, that’s why we offer multiple concept stages. We’ll take your feedback and refine the design until it feels right. The goal is to create something you’re proud to show off.

If you already have a logo, send over the highest-quality file you have (even if it’s a photo). For custom work, we’ll ask a few questions about your business, your vibe, and what inspires you.

Yes. All final logos are delivered in vector format, which means they’re scalable for anything, from stickers to billboards.

If you’re on a deadline, let us know up front. Rush projects may incur a fee depending on availability and workload.

Absolutely. Once payment is complete, the rights are yours. You’re free to use the logo however you like.

SEO & Analytics

What’s included in an SEO audit?

An SEO audit is a full check-up for your website. We review your site’s speed, structure, content, keywords, and how well it follows search engine best practices. You’ll get a detailed report, plus recommendations to improve your visibility online.

AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. It’s a modern SEO strategy focused on structuring your content so it can be pulled directly into AI-generated responses, voice assistants, and rich search results. It helps your business get discovered even when users don’t click through to a website.

Traditional SEO helps your site rank in search results. AEO goes a step further by optimizing your content to be the answer, showing up in featured snippets, voice searches, and tools like ChatGPT or Google Assistant. It’s how modern users find and trust content quickly.

Search behavior is changing. People ask questions to AI and voice tools more than ever. AEO makes sure your content is structured in a way that gets pulled into those responses – helping you stay visible, relevant, and competitive in an evolving digital landscape.

What is list segmentation?

List segmentation is the process of dividing your email subscribers into smaller groups based on shared traits or behaviors, like purchase history, location, interests, or how they interact with your emails. This helps you send more targeted, relevant content instead of blasting the same message to everyone. For example:Send a discount code only to customers who haven’t purchased in 60 daysSend event reminders only to people in a specific regionWelcome new subscribers with a different flow than returning customersSegmented lists lead to better open rates, higher conversions, and fewer unsubscribes — because people get emails that actually matter to them.

We work with industry-standard email marketing platforms and are happy to accommodate your preferred provider on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is to ensure your system integrates seamlessly with your website and aligns with your business goals. Please note we do not typically build custom-coded emails or offer assistance with unsupported or legacy systems.
