Health systems and digital health companies deploying patient-facing AI in Oregon should review product naming, scripts, and marketing to ensure automated tools do not claim nursing credentials. That includes chatbot personas, canned introductions, app store listings, and support copy. A friendly assistant name is fine. A nursing title on a nonhuman agent is now a legal problem in Oregon.
